( now Radice Srl Food Specialties division ) has incorporated Motta Ottavio & CSrl ( now Food Radice Srl division Cooked Ham ) , also owns the two brands Piovesana salami ( salami and Piovesana Piovesana Food Innovation ) and salami Crippa , two companies specializing in the production of cooked hams and roasts the first and the second detecting machinery cooked hams , know-how and clientele . All production is carried out in two factories of Lentate sul Seveso where there are also the registered office , administrative offices and the shipping department .
