The Cooperative Assignees Associati Arborea (3A) has completed 57 years of life in 2013 and today is the main production center of the dairy sector - vaccine in Sardinia. A great reality with 248 holders of farms spread throughout the island, giving each day on average 524 000 liters of milk produced in specialized farms and selected that approximately 50,000 head of cattle Friesian and Brown Swiss. The 3A collects about 90% of the cow\'s milk produced in Sardinia, for an annual volume of about 191 million liters of milk, with guarantees of quality of undeniable value. The Cooperative 3A manages and controls all stages of the production chain: the feed given to lactating animals come from the direct cultivation of the fields, ensuring the preparation of food rations qualitatively standardized and nutritionally balanced; the farming method of heads of Friesian and Brown Swiss is at the forefront; milking are made directly with the different manufacturers with technology that ensures compliance with strict hygiene standards.
